WHY THEY HATE US

On Tuesday, December 13th, 2005, we ran into one of the bookers from the Bluebird Cafe at a friendly music row Christmas cocktail party in Nashville, TN. (We'll keep her name private as we do not want to offend or cause her further embarrassment.) This should explain why they hate us...in her own words...

After realizing who we were at the Christmas party, she abruptly handed our flier back to us saying..."I know who you are, you can take this BACK! I'm the one who booked you!"

About our "banned at the Bluebird" campaign...."I was
OFFENDED!!"

"I'll never book you again..but you're not banned!"

When we suggested she lift the ban and have us back..."that'll never
happen!"

"You're not banned, it's not true! You can come to open mic night
or audition for a Sunday showcase any time."

"You have a harsh sound!"

"I don't care for your music." (She said this a couple of times.)

"The bartender and I were behind the bar laughing, saying 'what are
these guys doing here?'"

"(Name witheld, the other booker) and I laugh about you saying...'if this is your only claim to fame, then...ha ha ha.'"

"I'll never book any act that your manager guy calls me about ever again!"

When told that we sold over 15 CD's that night and a LOT of people
in the audience signed our email list..."good for YOU!"
